1. Voluntary Participation: I understand and agree that participating in the DIY jewelry-making process is entirely voluntary. I acknowledge that this activity requires certain manual skills and focus, and I willingly assume the associated risks.

 

2. Safety Measures: I will comply with the safety regulations and procedures of the studio, and I will follow the guidance and advice provided by the staff. I will wear the provided personal protective equipment, such as gloves and goggles, and I will use tools and materials correctly.

 

3. Use of Cutting Tools and Hammers: When using cutting tools and hammers, I will exercise extra caution and adhere to proper safety procedures. I will ensure the correct handling of sharp cutting tools and use hammers only in appropriate circumstances. I understand that these tools can cause cuts, injuries, or other harm, so I will take necessary precautions.

 

4. Soldering Equipment: If I engage in activities that involve the use of soldering equipment, I will strictly follow the studio's prescribed safety procedures. I will ensure that the soldering equipment is in a safe condition, wear protective eyewear and fire-resistant clothing, and maintain a safe distance from other individuals.

 

5. Acidic Liquids: If I come into contact with acidic liquids (such as acidic cleaners or solutions), I will follow the studio's safety guidelines. I will use proper tools, wear safety goggles and perform the task in a well-ventilated area to minimize potential hazards and health risks.

 

6. Health Condition: I confirm that I do not have any health issues that are incompatible with engaging in DIY jewelry-making activities. If I have any underlying health concerns, I will inform the staff in advance.

 

7. Compliance with Instructions: I will strictly adhere to the instructions and guidance provided by the staff, especially when using tools, materials, or performing complex steps. I will remain focused, exercise caution, and avoid any behavior that may result in injury or accidents.

 

I acknowledge that Ing Art Studio will make every effort to provide a safe working environment and good-quality materials, but they shall not be held responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from improper personal conduct or failure to follow instructions.

 

I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the above terms and conditions, and I am willing to comply with the safety regulations of the studio. I voluntarily assume all risks and responsibilities during the DIY jewelry-making process.
