   • All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days in advance of the scheduled appointment time. 

   • Requests can be made by contacting our customer service team via phone, email, or any other designated communication channel. 

   • Please provide your full name, appointment details, and reason for cancellation or rescheduling in your request.
      

2. Late Cancellation or No-Show: 

   • If you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment within the specified time frame or do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be considered a "late cancellation" or a "no-show." 

   • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or loss of any deposit made to secure the appointment. 

   • The fee for late cancellations or no-shows will be charged a fixed deposit fee.
      

3. Refunds and Rescheduling: 

   • If you comply with the cancellation policy and provide sufficient notice, we will reschedule your appointment or refund any deposit or payment made, as applicable.

   • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days via the original payment method, depending on the financial institution.
      

4. Policy Communication: 

   • Our cancellation policy will be clearly communicated during the booking process, on our website, and any other platforms where appointments are scheduled. 

   • We will also provide reminders and confirmations with the cancellation policy stated.
