Book your preferred date and time. Then, during the course, select a bench's number (each bench can accommodate only one person). All benches are the same, but we will prepare the bench of your choice before your class.

For your safety, it is advised to wear shoes that cover your toes completely, avoiding sandals or high heels. It is recommended to dress in clothing that adequately covers your skin, while avoiding loose accessories like ties, scarves, and ribbons.
